WOW! Imagine that, insurance companies lowering rates, only if legislatures change laws so that insurance companies CANNOT, CANNOT, be liable for certain bad faith issues. What a perfect world! Soon, in my opinion, all insurance companies will take only your money, and have absolutely no risk, only profits for shareholders.
