Glad at last to see that some people are beginning to think rationally - like they have a brain in their head. I didn't need anybody to agree with me, but I'm happy to see that they are. I know when I'm right.

Steve Petrarca is a man of his word. We've been to visit him and all he talks about is being given the opportunity to "do the right thing" "making the investors whole again" - at least to be given the opportunity to try.

I did some serious thinking about that stupid posting from 1C3, who finally admitted in the 2nd posting that "...you can't believe all your told"! Yeah, no kidding. That time line was so far off it makes us cringe! Steven cares about everyone, and to even intimate that he didn't care about his own flesh and blood is hideous. Joyce was in love with her first husband, she had to leave him, he had a gambling problem that was probably as bad as Tom's or worse. And if she didn't leave him, she'd have lost everything - he died penniless and blind. God has a way of getting back at you. He moved in with his mother when they divorced and died there 15 years later. He was a creep too, he left nothing to his kids, Joyce took care of them, he never even honored the visitation he had. Wanted no part of his family and that's the truth.

I also remember the one friend that someone could have been talking about, she was a skinny boater with lots of money, but no class or facts straight. Did you ever hear the expression, a little knowledge is a dangerous thing? Well that's this chick. Met her and her husband in Fort Lauderdale, she needed Joyce to teach her how to dress, throw a party and set a table. Lots of money, no brains and no class. She would be the one they call "Barbara WA-WA" - like Barbata Walters, spreading stories this one that has no basis, some facts, but just makes up the rest. She used to call Joyce her best friend. HA! and one other one from Westerly, this friend talked about her and her filandering husband all the time too.

But, I digress. All that's important here is the case and RESTITUTION. Let's hope this judge sees that. I'll be in court, again. And I'm going to ask to be heard. This hanging judge better not do this to Steve, he's our only hope of getting our hard earned 401K money back. People need to think hard about what they want and need - I want and need our money and that' what we're telling this judge.

Tom will always be Tom and he'll always gravitate toward bummy women like his crack head girlfriend, who now is long gone or hanging in maybe for the money in Nicaragua. She helped him blow all our money on just that "blow" - even his family doesn't want any part of him.
Steve's family is true blue. They'll be there for him, as will Joyce and the kids.

How's this one for a good wife, Joyce Petrarca had Steve's first wife and mentally challenged son down for a week in June after he was gone? Yeah, she's a real bad person....give me a break. And she's friendly still with her to this day, they talk and Joyce calls the son to make him feel better about his Dad. That kid worships his father and needs him, he lives for his phone calls. Some people say things just to hear themselves talk.
Talk about what you know, don't make stuff up.

That other skinny one with no class, she'll talk to a stick if it will listen and make her look important. I know this and I know that, she knows NADA.
