No, LOL - he didn't deny anything, he explained the situation for the record, which they were all aware of since he'd cooperated and been in twice to speak with the State investigators. How many times do you need to have the same thing explained to you? Oh, I get it - it's not that you need to have it explained you get it, you understand it and you don't like it. So you pooh-pooh it and go back to slinging mud.

Petrarca's family is close and know he got duped by Tom. They will ALL be here for the September court date. They will stand behind their son, brother, friend, husband, father - oh did you notice - not one of those are an associate word that could be used for anyone that was in court for Tom? That's because nobody was there except a druggy x-girlfriend whose moved on, but tried to make a statement, but couldn't even do that! No parent, brother, nephew, niece, cousin, friend was here for Tom, he flew SOLO. He's cheated, lied and stolen with accouts like this one for years and years - he has no body left that cares about him! You're so on top of things, check his Visitation List and see who goes to visit him - No Body! Steve's visitation has to be scheduled through his wife who is there each of the 4 days - she even goes with some of his friends just so they can see him too, on occasion, she'll give up one day and let 3 of his friends go together. He gets tons of letters, Tom get nothing.

Please don't make me thinking I'm writing to a total idiot - you do see a difference here, don't you? These are two totally different men, with two totally different agendas. Steve and his family got screwed just like the rest of the investors. That woman doesn't have her husband, his kids don't have their father, his parents don't have their son, his brothers and sisters don't have him either. He has such an extended list of family and friends.

If that Judge is wise enough to realize what you "bloggers" obviously don't, he'll give him an opportunity to make things right. You speak of which you know so little.

Steve is going to the table with money and a well written and thought out plan for RESTITUTION - that is what this is supposed to be all about! Not out-dated, small town hairdo's and ethnic La-La type carnivals. It's supposed to be about how to get the money back to these people who deserve it. None of us have money fall from a helicopter into our backyard on a weekly basis - we all work for our dollars, so lay off with "nanny and pappy worked all their lives C" - we know already, we've read it 35 times! Let them be the ones to say they don't want enough money on a monthly basis to pay their electric bill or their phone bill, not you. I know others want and need whatever they can get their hands on!

RESTITUION is what it's all about and all the Judge will care about! Righting a wrong and turning a bad thing into something positive - stop being so negative - open your mind to solutions!
