THEY ARE ASSESSING ON THE ESTIMATED PREMIUMS NOT THE ACTUAL AFTER THE YEAR END AUDITS. ONE OF MY INSUREDS HAD A BILLING FOR MORE THAN THEY PAID OVER A 3 YEAR PERIOD AFTER THE AUDITS.
