A STORN is a new weather related way for Floridians to get money from FEMA. Gallager will have a proclamation soon and Charlie Crist will be on the bandwagon TOO. I am going to ask for compansation for my new wallpaper, installed in preparation for the hurricanes. I wanted my house to look prepared on the national news.
