Yes there have always been Hispansics here but they were proud to be here and wanted to become Americans and learn our language. All the dual language furor has just started because most of the Hispansics don't want to be Americans they want our money but they want to be Hispansics and have no intention of being Americans. I do not have a fear and hatred of foreiger's as my gandparents were foreigner's, but they had to learn English as no one was going to put everything into their language, and the important thing is they did not expect it or demand it like cry babies, or were they just from stonger timber and had more perservence.
Why don't you just get your friend's and go home and stop whining.
