Congrats to South Carolina for proposing REAL penalties for the "dirty little secret" in the workers' compensation industry - employer fraud costs big bucks! Send a few employers to jail for premium fraud, and all the rest will get in line. The big money savings here would allow overdue increases in workers comp benefits for injured workers.
