I think alot of people are confused. The issue here is not whether or not flood insurance was carried, particularly beach front...the problem is that when the home is a slab or completely destroyed, the wind carrier, State Farm & others, are not paying ANYTHING and are taking the position that it was all flood damage. To me, that should be litigated.
