Not really. The shareholders wanted to find out why the stock price went from 60 to 9 dollars in about 2 weeks. (10 year ago) The stock price and stories have been going down eversince. This company has had a long history of telling the public the good news just before end of quarters and announcing the bad new at the beginning of the next quarter. Current shareholders have been trying to fix this blackhold for years. Thought that spinning auto off would solve the problems, just forgot the fact that they are still in the insurance business and profitable underwriting is still the only way to succeed. They tend to like the cashflow underwriting style.
