The fact remains ......a non USA tourist is hit head on and seriously injured by a Florida driver who has limited their BIL
The Florida Insurance Co play silly devils and have paid not one penny piece of the $60,000 in medical bills which the injured tourist has already paid out
The rest of the world does not have private medical insurance as per the USA .....
State Medical services do not cover the cost of long term treatment
Holiday Insurance does not cover bills when you return home
Private Insurance if you can afford it also does not cover any long term accident treatment
So an innocent tourist hit head on by an out of control Florida Driver speeding round a bend on wrong side of the road in heavy rain who was charged with careless driving but got a mere $113 fine and got her car replaced but has no assets ........GETS AWAY SCOT FREE
The injured tourist is crippled for life and GETS NOTHING because USA lawyers wont represent those from abroad and USA Insurance Companies refuse to pay
Sorry but Florida PIP is an insult to the tourists Florida relies upon
