I own an auto insurance agency. The State of Florida lawmakers have failed to protect it's residents. The PIP was not addressed in this past session, it will sunset on Oct. 1, 2007, leaving the residents unprotected, there is NO MANDATORY INSURANCE to replace PIP and PD.
Call the governor's office at 850-488-4441 and ask how this could happen. Demand another special session to provide mandatory auto insurance....email and call everyone you know....We the responsible drivers do not want to pay for all the irresponsible drivers with no insurance, who have DUI's, multiple accidents etc, who will not have to pay for any insurance.. They now can get there tag and be on their way to cause of all damage.
