There is a simple solution to this. If you do not have medical insurance then you should be required to purchase PIP. If you already have medical insurance it makes no sense to purchase PIP. First of all I only care about insuring my family, not yours. It's crazy that most of us have higher insurance coverage for other drivers than we do on our own families. Can't wait for PIP to be gone. My family will be covered regardless if the other driver has insurance or not.
