I can say that from the side of trying to deal with picking up the peices of an entire family damaged by a Florida drivers total stupidity 2.5 years ago the sheer struggle of paying over $50K in medical bills which we have no clue when or if they will be refunded is absolute hell
Not only are we having to cope with the peculiarities of Floridas Insurance but we have to do so from the other side of the world and not one lawyer in the USA wants to represent us for the simple fact we do not live in the USA
It is when a Florida driver who escapes sheer careless driving with a mere $130 fine but leaves a young innocent family damaged and up to their ears in debt with medical bills that $10K in PIP does not begin to make a dent in that comments expressed by others on this thread hurts like hell
