Insurer tendered the Policy limits but even arguing that they are not responsible for cost of $10 phone card for the family to call home to UK plus the rental Co and travel insurers and they refuse to pay cost of taxi from hospital to rental car depot to get replacement vehicle

At fault driver DEFINITELY 100% at fault drove too fast round a bend on wrong side of the road and slammed head first into 8 seater
