I agree that PIP and BI should be mandatory
What I dispute is why the proven AT FAULT driver is not held totally responsible and their Insurance Co has to accept liability
Everywhere else in the world you have to insure to cover injury YOU CAUSE to others
Medical Insurance has ZERO to do with injuries you sustain or you cause to others through careless driving
