Nathan: FP makes some excellent points. The other thing is if you actually believe that most people living in Florida have health insurance you live in a fantasy world. Even if they do have health insurance, most have extremely high deductibles and co payments. The same people who have no health insurance and/or bad health insurance are the same people who will not even carry property liability after PIP sunsets. Law enforcement has NEVER persued and arrested uninsured drivers in this State.
Who do you think is going to pay for the burden of unpaid medical bills and lost wages. The taxpayers of course. Wake up and realize that there are alot more of the have nots in this state, than the haves.
