JG: I forgot to comment in my last comment that I think you had part of someone elses post mixed up with mine. I didn't make any mention of any lawyers or who is making money on anything. I'm not into the ins issues. I'm an RN. I don't know much at all about ins issues or even have an opinion about what is going on out there. I didn't make any mention of any lawyers, etc. Again, thanks for commenting to my post. If you have a solution to my problem, please let me know, but first look in the statutes and read what it states. PIP will not pay for pedestrian accidents out of the state.
