Nathan, is an idiot who only thinks of his world in a bubble. Wake up or just not talk at all because reading your comments only shows how ignorant you are. Shut up if you don't have anthing that is actually true or factual.
PIP has been around for 35 years and it is a good system and yes like anything else it does have loop holes for scums of the earth to take advantage of it and give it a bad name. Just to remind you, it has been around for 35 years with that many admendments to make it work. Once it sunsets, it's all gone not just PIP but all the admendment that were attached to it and so what does that mean? Well, that means the insurance company espicially like state farm who has been really aggressive with this lobbying, can have a clean slate to make any kind or rules or regulation in their favor. It's not the attorneys or doctors, or hospital that is going to lose but the people. Do you actually think that you will reap the discounts and savings like the insurance company say? No way and keep dreaming. PIP sunsetting means that there will be 29 million dollars loss per year in DOT and 60 job cuts in the police dept. What??? do you ask??? That's the chain reaction. Also not to mention your rates will continue to go up...it's called inflation people and that is what they will use as excuse. Then, there is the high cost of uninsured people who will never insure themselves with health or auto and so who do you think pays for their injuries...us people, when they go to the ER and get treated and they don't pay because they cannot afford to...that trickle down to us people. Hospitals get funds every year from the state and that is the part of budget that everyone talks about but people doesn't realize...we will see increase in tax and in all the other cost that will make up for this one law....people you need to do some research and educate yourself...don't be like Nathan
