TPG: I am not a lawyer. I am a medical provider. I have sat through many worthless depositions. Also, with regards to adjusters, their sole purpose is to save money, company money, to be bean counters so to speak. The mere fact that computer programs like "Colossus" dictate where, when and how claims will be paid, only gives adjusters more time to dispute claims. I think the insurance companies would be better suited hiring Investigators instead of adjusters so they can investigate fraudulent claims. My clinic is licensed by the state (AHCA) and we have been inspected twice already. Let insurance companies do the same, maybe that would be a better way to contest claims. Either way, it shouldn't affect your billable hours.
Diana: You need a Personal Injury Lawyer. You can get treated at a facility that takes what is called a "Letter of Protection" which is your promise to pay the facility upon any recovery by your attorney. Just look out for TPG on the other end.
YSK: I agree totally. In fact, I wrote the same information about two weeks ago! Spread the word!
BobW: Good luck with that! Just don't get in a car accident.
