JG: Thanks for your comment. I didn't want to have to go that route of getting a lawyer but I finally had to due to the fact Medicare, my insurance (PIP), and the other ins co won't pay my bills. No lawyer in Fl would take my case because it happened in Ohio. The Ohio Atty I got says he cannot make Medicare pay (at least at this point in time). I guess I have to settle before I'm ready or finish treatment in order to get my bills paid or get any further treatment. I need to get a discogram done but I'm sure Medicare won't approve it. I will ask him about the letter of protection. It may be a problem since I live in Fl and the accident happened in Ohio. I'm open to any advice I can get. I didn't know much about auto ins when this all started, but I'm getting an education quickly. Thanks.
