Diana has clearly highlighted pretty much the same scenario any visitor to Florida struggles with if they have the misfortune to be hit by a Florida driver
Lawyers only want to know if the at fault party has a high BIL or they have assets
As soon as they find theres nothing you are stuck
I would welcome any help anyone can provide to guide me through the maze of filing the claim so that we do not get stung by the latest Insurance adjuster assigned to the case
Theres been 6 so far
The original one promised the claim would be met in full ......since then they have argued that even a $10 international phone card to call the travel insurers and parents was not valid
