YSK your the idiot. I clearly stated that if you do not have health insurance you should still be required to carry PIP. What the hell does DOT and police have to do with PIP? I think alot of people are getting confused on what PIP is. PIP stands for Personal Injury Protection. It only covers ME not you. Your PIP covers you. Liability insurance is what covers you if I'm at fault which I have at $300,000. That's what's pissing me off is I'm covering you more than my own family because of a sue happy America. I DO NOT NEED PIP BECAUSE I HAVE A VERY GOOD HEALTH INSURANCE AND LIABILITY INSURANCE POLICY THAT I'M PAYING TOO MUCH FOR. Don't make me purchase something I don't need. That's all I'm asking. Florida is one of only a couple of States that requires PIP. That tells me were doing something wrong.
