Diana. I can assure you that your policy does not read "It states PIP covers out of the state motor vehicle accidents. Period." You didn't even pull out your policy and look. Did you? I can also assure you that what I quoted from the policy is what your policy says, because the policy (approved for use in florida) must provide the coverage that the statute mandates.
You didn't tell me what Medicare actually writes when they deny payment of your bills. Which suggests to me that it's not worth pulling out and looking at either.
You write a lot and have a lot of complaints, but I responded to your comments because something wasn't right with the story you were telling. I am beginning to see what is wrong...I don't think you want to be educated about how to rectify your situation, you just want to spread your misunderstandings. My sympathy and concern for your situation has waned.
