The door won't hit you as you leave, because we are holding it open for everyone else to leave behind you. Part of the problem in Florida is that there is to many people and the density is to large to support itself. Try getting repair work done. I have been waiting for any of the 14 pool cage contractors that quoted my repairs from Charley, 18 months ago to actually come do the work. They are still telling me it is 8 months away, Hell I might as well wait until the end of hurricane season now. Too many people to service and not enough people to do the work. I am sure that you will make a huge profit when you sell your home in Pasco, invest it wisely.
