I should would like to read Mr. Scruggs' policy, especially where it says 'hurricane' losses are covered. Maybe he will be successful. Certainly if he is successful, he will be able to build a new home for both he and his brother-in-law with the contingency fee he takes from the policyholders, while the policyholders will still not have enough to rebuild or repair their homes.
