Ah, Drudy, but will the courts properly interpret the coverage or legislate from the bench, effectively destroying contract law in MS? If for some obscure reason the courts rule in favor of the homeowners, the dispute will not end there...there will surely be appeals at every level. So those that did not have flood insurance and chose to litigate to force carriers to pay for somthing that was not covered will still have no resolution for many more years.
