I do not envy George Dale's job. Very few insurers want to do business in Mississippi. If he were any more anti-business than the legal environment is already, the state would be even worse off. (I know Haley Barber has been working to improve it with tort reform, but they still have a way to go) I have met George Dale and found him to be a man of substance and character. Now that giant killer Scruggs is working this class action suit, we see him quoted in an AP article calling Dale a shill. I would be interested to know how this article got written in the first place.
