I dont know a lot about insurance unlike Mr. Dale. With soemthing like 70% of the U.S population living in coastal states could Mr. Dale not form some type of arrangement with these other states that will tell the insuranc companies that if they want to write in one of them they must write in all of them, therefore giving the upper hand back to the man that regulates them as apposed to letting the cart lead the horse. You would think in Mr. Dales years and years of service he could have worked something like this out. Seriously what is wrong with that plan?
