I wish people would stop trying to make LA & MS Homeowners look like they are the ones trying to get something for nothing.
FACT: USA Paid 100% of Flood Claims
FACT: Insurance Claims Denied for Wind

It's like peeing on my leg then
trying to tell me... it is water.
The Insurance Companies Have Denied Claims for Katrina Wind Damage:

Why do we need to prove a thing to them?
We are not lying.
We are not exaggerating.
We were not negligent.
We did not cause Katrina,
nor cold we prevent her.
Katrina was not our fault.
State Farm Lied, They Cheated & They turned their back on us.
We were their Clients.
Yet, complete Strangers, Celeberties & Businesses came to our aid during our time of need.
Insurance took our money & waited for the water. Once the Water Arrives...they are off of the hook!
Home Free & All the way to the Bank...with our money.
That is why they blamed the water before anyone could get to their homes...
How could they know that immediately after Katrina?
MY OPINION...
"The only ones that owed us....
were the Insurance Companies that we paid to Financially Protect our Homes...
What did we get?
Denied...that is what we got.
Adding Insult to Injury.

I've got my FEMA Number...
still waiting for a trailer too.
We still need one for my hanicapped
brother too.
Bought 2 Motorhomes and still waiting.
It's a long, long, winding road home.

This is why they Will Only Consider
1. Paying ABOVE THE WATER LINE.
2. MINUS DEPRECIATION AND
3. Several Thousand In Deductibles
America...Open Your Eyes.

Remember us...We The People ?
We got hit with a Category 5.
Winds up to 200 MPH blew 4 hours before the water, surge or waves.
Check the Navy Flood Survey Maps...
We Do not want Charity...
We Just Want the Insurance Benefits
that are owed to us... PAID in full.
When I see Homeowners Insurance TV commercials... I turn the channel and think bad about the station.
What blew the Roof off of the Superdome?
What blew out High Rise Windows in Hotels & Casinos from LA to MS?
Does not matter who came first.
All of this time, All of this Money and We are still without our home.
Everyone else is making money except for the Katrina Victims.
We paid for two separate policies,
with separate Deductibles,
always A guaranteed Annual Rate Increase, even if you were claim free.
Homeowners: Wind Damage Paid $0.00
Homeowners: Loss of Use: $0.00
Interruption Ins: Paid $0 for business
All Denied with the same excuse:
It was all water damage
That is a lie.
That is what we're fighting for.
We will not settle for less.
We will fight to the end.
Please, Get off of your high dry chair and find out what is really going on down here.
WHAT do you think we are fighting for?
We are trying to help one another. Seek the Truth & You will find it.
