The doctor was forced in this situation, by the medicaid and Pasco sheriff's departments. One goes to a doctor and has pain you get a script for pain killers you then follow-up with the doctor. Did they the ones who went to his office come back for a follow-up check? I bet not. The insurance charge is another matter.
