The reason I am even on this page is because I truly love reading the Business Journal. All of it. However, at this preesnt moment, as we speak, I, for the first time in my life, am dealing with WC - my husband, but it may as well be me. We are dealing with an out of state PEO, FBI, FRAUD investigation, you name it, their involved. Haven't received a dime since 6/05. No reason given, defedants have ignored 6 penalty claim petitions, ignored subpoena's. That's how hard the WC laws are in PA. So, I am so very new to this.

I no absolutely nothing about WC law, I have never worked it and wish not ever to.

Defese only. Com Lit RICO or other criminal white colar stuff.

So apparently, you have had much experience with WC law. The reason I say that is due to your comment. It's like you automatically sentenced her! You know as well as I do, THE FACTS AND JUST THE FACTS. Most of which neither of us know nor ever will know. That's why I responded. You never know anyone's situation until you've heard it from them. That's the downside to "commments." People start taking things personally. I am guess I am one of them. I am here for research and to read and try and understand the WC system. I happen to live in PA where the laws here are ludicrist? Is that word more proper?

Having gotten it right, I no longer need to practice law...

Are you trying to imply that you won a large setlement? Of course you are!

Tell me how do you interprete that statement that I have made to you?

See? you don't know...
