Did you ever notice when the storms hit and everyone has their nose to the grindstone Bob Ricker is pointing his finger at anyone he can blame for Citizens troubles. However when enough claims get paid for Ricker to get his name in print he is right out there taking the credit. He needs to go back to running a take out Company. How many claims were paid where there was no coverage but it was politically correct to write a check? And how many other will be reopened?
