The bottm line is Bob Ricker does not have the qualifications nor the leadership ability to run Citizens. In the traditional insurance market he would not even qualify to be a lower level executive. He is in his current position because of his political connection to the man who now wants to be Govenor. Ricker is directly responsible for not taking a proactive approach and trying to blame his mistakes upon everyone else. To listen to him he is not responsible for the people he hires. If are going to Manage the team then you have take the ultimate responsibilty for the actions of your players.
