Regarding giving Ricker kudos for a reduced complaint ratio.....the criteria for what was considered a complaint was changed from 04 to 05. Citizens/DOI took a more restrictive approach as to what was considered a "complaint". They are not really comparing apples to apples. But it makes better press for Citizens and Tommy G. I also understand Citizens took the approach "pay what you need to in order to close the claim". The more they paid, the less complaints they got. However, the more they paid, the higher the assessment for all Floridians.

Usually when a company had dismal performance the CEO and senior execs are fired. However, at Citizens, there is no accountability and the bad management continues.
