Reform of the South Carolina WC laws is long overdue. The SITF is not the problem. We need to limit awards given by Commissioners to the AMA guidelines. We need to limit compensability determinations to actual work related injuries. We need to remove some of the financial gain by claimant attorneys. These are measures of "true" reform.
