So...reading these comments...I wonder if you should consider referring to your handy-dandy dictionary to make sure you understand the word "perjury."
noun - Law - the offence of deliberately telling an untruth in court when under oath.
Unless you were in court with someone from State Farm, and said person was under oath, and you were dealing directly with the matter of your claim, there was no perjury.
In fact, the claim of "perjury" could be construed as libelous in this case.
