When adjusters come out to inspect / assess a given claimants damaged property, they are supposed to openly and objectively confess to the actual damages that ones are insured for.
This brief note to our office smacks of a large problem at the TWIA management level...

have experienced some pretty horrific behavior from TWIA as well.
It is interesting that they try to prove Hurricane force winds in Sabine
Pass, Texas, where Rita made landfall, did not damage the roof on a three
story building.
They want to call the damage, wind driven rain!!
We are fighting, but it is a real shame the industry as a whole has become
such mercenaries."
