Is there anyone in Mississippi (or the country) who doesn't know what a hurricane is? Do they KNOW that they need FLOOD insurance along with the WIND policy??? Agents make sure your E&O is paid up and large because the claims will be made that "My agent never told me I needed _____ coverage", "Is that ALL it would have been ($$$$$$)?", "I would have paid that!" Yea...right....
