What is storm surge- the primary cause of a storm surge is wind pushing against the oceans surface.
Allstates policy states "We cover an insured loss, or any object (s) driven by a windstorm. At the top of this hurricane deductible endorsement it says "This changes your original policy please read carefully" If you read "we cover an insured loss, or any object driven by a windstorm. Can you see water, can you taste water, can you feel water, can you hear water, can you smell water. Case made.
