Is there no such thing anymore? IF by chance he had already been paid via flood insurance, he has no business filing a lawsuit and (1) it should be thrown out, (2) he should have to pay all costs, (3) he should be fined for filing it. The same should apply to anyone who would do that. Also, until people starting filing complaints and grievances with the bar against attorneys and keep on them, nothing is going to change except for it getting worse. They certainly are not going to stop on their own and as long as they can continue, they will do so for $$$$ talks loud and clear!
