THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO REMEMBER IS THE COMPANIES OF POE FINANCIAL ARE TAKE OUT COMPANIES APPROVED BY THE DFS AT GALLAGER'S DIRECTION. THESE COMPANIES WERE BETTER FINANCED THAN MOST IF NOT ALL THE OTHERS. HE MUST NOT HAVE THOUGHT IT WAS GOING TO COME BACK TO BITE HIM IN THE UNDERSIDE SO QUICKLY. BUT THEN AGAIN DO YOU THINK HE WAS WILLING TO GAMBLE 2004 AND 2005 WERE NOT GOING TO HAPPEN BEFORE THE UPCOMING ELECTIOS?
