Throwing around inaccurate statistics feeds the public hysteria regarding increasing rates...and, by the way, as a Florida agent, I concur with the "grossly inadequate rates" comment. One only has to look at the looming Citizens' assessments and lack of capacity in most areas of our state to grasp that fact.
