Frivolous lawsuits are worth $0? What rock have you been hiding under? A good example of a frivolous lawsuit is: idiot puts hot coffee between her legs and sues McDonalds. For the relatively few that get thrown out of court as frivolous, there are still huge costs involved for "legal" fees. Gee, who always winds up a winner there???
Your kind of thinking has gotten us to where we are at. No one takes responsibility for their actions and there are too many "attorneys" out there jumping on that air head wagon and laughing all the way to the bank. Do you think money grows on trees? I think you forgot to show the years when insurers lost money but God forbid they would have any from other years to offset that. So businesses should always make a profit every year in your thinking. Once again, I rest my case on your thinking.
