qbe insurance which has excellent best rating has increased the premium on our 48 unit florida condominium from 39,000 to over 100 000, and the deductible now applicable per apartment is 14000 per unit
we will be forced to sign a waiver of our rights to ask state of florida to determine if the premium is legal.

we are in contention with qbe for almost 2 yearsm and find them dilatory and causing us duress.
