I assure the coverages are different in some big way. I would guess that you were quoted a dwelling fire policy with Citizens at that price and it may not even have replacement cost coverage, or at least there is deductible or limit of coverage differences. I suggest you look at it closely or have your agent explain the differences. In any event you are not eligible for the Citizens coverage and the agent that quoted it should have told you they could not quote it since you have Vanguard.
