So who thinks the Feds can do anything better than a smaller state program.
I can only imagine the hold time trying to get thru to the federal insurance regulation hotline to file a complaint about a company that is not doing business properly, or simply ask a question.
and how do you expect a federal regulator to understand and enforce over 50 different filings (at least 1 per state, plus DC and PRico.) Yeah I'm sure this is the answer. Sounds like a great liberal democrat way of screwing things up and adding yet another layer of government to our lives.
