I do think that $1600 sounds outrageous for a home built on sand, subject to cat losses from wind, hail, water and lightning and located in the most litigous state in the union. Absolutely outrageous they are obviously gouging.
Everyone seems to be overlooking State Farms 5% reduction in earthquake rates!!!!
I heard St Tom is going to order $1 a gallon gas for Floridians.
