Great! This is just another government tax placing the burden for the reglatory failure on the policyholders of the state. Have the POE managment been indicted yet? Maybe Gallagher should be indictaed for sleeping at the wheel and letting "takeout" companies like POE get away with making a fortune and then dumping the problem on the state.
