I would like to know who I could contact about my loss with Ivan. The Insurance company denied my claim,Reason said I did not have flood insurance. Prior to that many of us were told we were covered if we had Hurricane Ins. which we did. We even had a class action claim and were told that it would do no good. There was about 800 to 900 of us.The water we had was from Storm Surge from the Hurricane. Please advise where I can call to contact about the items that were not covered. Claim was about $100,00 to 130,000 approx. this was furniture clothing and kitchen items etc..Thanks Edward Spence
