West Virginia has done nothing to fix workers comp. All they have managed to do is to start over again and not fix the problem to start with. Abuse! Overpayments. An attorney's cash cow - Just see the advertising - we'll get what you deserve! It has been said its the best retirement system in the Nation. Small business is being eaten alive by the lack of the Legislature to get the problem fixed - it needs a complete overhaul and start more investigations.
